Estimated Costs

The normal franchise fee in our industry is from $25,000 to $35,000 and most franchisors charge a royalty in the range of six percent of the business you do. (Sometimes lower in very high volume operations.) And you are required to give their auditors access to your business records.

We don't do that.

We charge a one time franchise fee of $20,000 plus a fixed starting royalty of $500 per week.
No percentages and no auditors.

By comparison, six percent of a $12,000 sales week would be $720
whereas $500 would be just over four percent of the same sales figure.

Your total investment will vary depending on location and construction requirements.
From our own experience we would expect a total of about $110,000.

In a recent analysis of the top 400 chains in the country, Doogie's® average weekly volume topped 22 average stores' weekly (per unit) volume. At $110,000.00 investment, the only verifiable chain whose opening and set-up costs are comparable is Subway. Subway's average weekly volume is approximately 60% of Doogie's® weekly volume, and the royalty is over 8%, plus national advertising. You do the math.
